1. Are the pan and gain pre FX or post ? i.e do they come first ? in-between or last in the RW fx chain.

and the pan leads to my second question

2. I dunno if this is a feature or an issue or the nature of reverb being an ambient fx, but when i hard pan a layer to either extremes (L/R), and enable reverb in RW, i get the wet reverb signal in opposite side too. is there any way to restrict it to pan position? ie not have it bleed to the other side?

I fixed the guide images and emailed someone to get back to you about the effects.

Thanks,

Pan is in the middle of the chain after the compressor, before the modulator, delay and reverb. This gives you the ability to pan hard and then use the AutoPan in the modulator, or get ping-ponging effects with the delay to get the signal really moving around. The reverb is always stereo, with a certain amount of cross-talk between the left and right. Sorry no way to turn that off. Gain is at the end of the chain.

Sorry, no way to have reverb only on one side with the RW effects. If you use reverb in your amp model, then you can hard pan it.

Thanks dug,
The information was very useful.
perhaps will be able to achieve somewhat desired results by bouncing the layer first and then pan it or exporting the layer and applying the RW vst fx and reverb in some rewire slave.
