Start up Riffworks, uncheck the "HARDWARE" button at the bottom of the Riffworks window, then click the EFFECTS button. A panel will pop up, click the little arrow next to the AMP tab, and one of the options there will be SET PLUGINS PATH.

Where were the plugins before in t4? that is where you need to put them in RW standard. What other music software was on your pc before you installed t4 or RW?
your vsts will either be in the path... (drive letter)/programfiles/vstplugins or it will be in what ever other music software you had installed to begin with. For example on my old computer I had N-track studio... It was the first music program I installed on my PC so all my vst's by default wer in (drive letter)/programfiles/Fasasoft/N-track studio6/vstplugins...
I hope this helps you.

You need to point at the Guitar Rig3.DLL file not the .EXE If you can't find it try a search and point at the file or copy it to the folder where all your other VST DLL files are located.
