I got my crossgrade coupon right away, Ive bought my riffworks standard, however I took my screen shots etc and sent them in but havent heard back yet. I would like to get it all setup at the same time.

Yeah same here..cross grade was instant, the screen shot bit to get the ID I previously purchased has not happened yet, and will probably take some time.

We're working on it. There's some hand processing of those involved, but we're trying to streamline it as much as possible.

How big is the song file? We can accept up to 50MB as an attachment on the support form. If you send it to me I will take a look, but shutting down while you were saving could leave it in a pretty messed up state. It may not have all the audio data there. If all the audio is there, I can probably fix the riff descriptions.

You guys that got your coupon instantly, did you grossgrade Guitarport or PodXT Live? I sent in my stuff for a crossgrade coupon (PodXT Live) and the process was different than if I were doing it for GP. I did it last night and still haven't received my coupon. I'm guessing there is some manual work involved in processing a crossgrade from PodtXT Live (is that the case, dug)?

Anyhow, if they have to do some things by hand, it's probably going to take a little bit. I'm sure things are pretty hectic at Sonoma this week.

The process for crossgrading drummers is about ready to go, and if all goes well I'll be sending the coupons out tomorrow.

Cross your fingers! :)
