no input signal on my guitarport

the guitarport I have had about 5 months and worked perfect. i checked and have the updated drivers but the green light that always changed to yellow when u strummed the guitar now stays green all the time. Has anyone run into this problem. Even tried a uninstall and still nothing. Maybe a bad input on the guirport? MMMMM

Could be a bad jack, but I would check the guitar cable 1st....then the guitar itself.......I've had bad jacks on guitars before......and more then 1 bad cable.

Als, as well as the cables try unplugging the USB leave for 5 secs and then replug.
