Does this mean you have to create a video too?
If not, which video is the track for and if yes, what do you do if you don't have access to a camera and/or video editing software?
Cheers!

This could get tricky... director, script, actors, key grip, wardrobe, sets.... location....
I don't own a camera either... I'll call Dreamworks and see if they can lend a hand, oh right, I forgot "special effects"....

...or, you use public domain footage and mash it up into a video.

Sounds to me like this isn't just about RiffWorks, especially if it's about the quality of the end package.
Is it going to be, "great RiffWorks song + not so great video = not so great RiffWorks song + great video"?
Cheers!

It's a cool challenge though! And I think it will promote RiffWorks on YouTube which of course, is a HUGE plus for everyone :D I'm looking forward to see/hear what people create!

Yup, it'll be interesting to see what gets posted.
The challenge might be cool but it's not a fair one, in my view. We're all here because we've bought RiffWorks, not video cameras and editing software.
Sure ... issue the challenge to post YouTube clips - that's clearly the marketing objective - but if it's a competition, surely it has to be on a level playing field.

... just my 50¢.:)
Cheers!

I'm confused, they stated your name as Jim Young, but even the credits said Bill on the video? :/

Ya'll just gave me a headache and confused me.......
I dunno if i'm up for this one.. i did a mashup of public domain stuff for a Rob Zombie YouTube contest a while back.. no one won for some reason.. either not enough eligible entries or something.. but to have to do my own song.. i dunno.. think i'll sit this one out unless i get better rules...
