Using Tracks Without Publishing Them As Riffcasts

This may be answered elsewhere, but I can't find it!!!

How can I use songs that I've created on Riffowrks in conjunction with other artists on-line who use different recording/mixing software? At the moment I'm having to record a tune, publish a Riffcast, download it as MP3 to use elsewhere then delete the Riffcast. This isn't a good process when I'm trying to use separate tracks for mixing elsewhere - also looks a bit daft when I'm Riffcasting a solo that features way into a song.

There must be a way of intergrating Riffworks tunes with other users on-line without going through the process outlined above!!! Surely Riffworks is not that restrictive!!!

Do your stuff in RW then mix it down to 32 bit wave, open the wave file in Audacity and export as mp3. This is just one of many ways, Audacity is free but you have to download the free mp3 encoder as well if you want mp3's

You can also do what I've done, get your entire song together and place it on the song layer. Then mute all instruments and only leave the drums. Mix that to a 32-bit wave named "drums". So now you have one track containing just drums. Then unmute the guitar leaving only the guitar and do the same for guitar. Do this for all the rest of your instruments, now you have each instrument to their own independent track where you can do a better mix down with.
