Rocketglider, I will look into what is happening with your drum transfer.

mickeymix, I just added train coming to your downloads. Sorry we missed that one. We are doing all this by hand.

I have the same concern as Rockitglider, I know you guys are busy and don't mind waiting, i just want to make sure my original message was submitted correctly.

If there is a way to check on the status please let me know.

Thanks,

I'm the same as you guys. I forgot some of my info on my inital ticket so I just resubmitted it with all the required stuff. Now I'm just waiting.

If you submitted your problem to support@sonomawireworks.com you should have received an automated reply with a case number assigned to your query and a link to the status of your call.
Cheers!

148? That's nothing. Mine is 1832. I don't remember what my first ticket number was. Doesn't really matter at this point.

I was right around case number 1100 and I submitted with like 7 drummers on the 3rd of this month. I got the drummers on the 7th. I'm sure it's not the same for every person, but that's pretty good knowing that they have to do this process "manually". I don't really know what's involved, but I know that in my business that if I have to stop and do something manually, it's a BIG pain in the butt.

Anyway, I'm downloading them now. Was disconnected from the server while I was trying the first time.

The email i recieved says I am case 0 which either means I was first or it didn't go in right. there is a link that says i can check on the status but case 0 doesn't work of course. I guess I need to resubmit and go to the end of the line...is there a way to get support so that i don't need to resubmit.

Thanks

randy wrote:Ok, sorry for all the delays. We have to rebuild Alley Cat nearly from scratch, so if you had that before then your drummer cross grades have been delayed longer than the rest. We're still working on Alley Cat, so I've gone ahead and got out most of the drummers today and we'll just get you Alley Cat when it's ready. I have about seven more people that need the drummers, and if you don't get them later tonight then expect them tomorrow.

Thanks for your gobs of patience!

I still haven't heard from Sonoma about this other than getting a case number (#148). Any word on this? Should I resubmit my info? Randy? Dave? Dan? Dug?

mauvehead,

Are you referring to not having heard about Alley Cat? To the best of my knowledge, we aren't prepared to ship that drummer just yet.
