Because of the way I record my acoustic with 2 mics, Gearbox assigns each mic to each pair of sends. However, RWs seems to allow only one pair of sends input separately. Does anybody do this type of routing? Is it possible?
THanks

I am using the intel imac, rw v2 , toneport UX2 using the GB source Mic1 & Mic2 ("dual").

stan8,

RiffWorks will only record one stereo input stream at this point. We would like to support true multilayer recording in the future, but it isn't there right now. There isn't a way in GearBox to mix the two signals and send them to the same send? I have to say that I've never actually done it, so I just don't know.

Hi Dave,

There is a "Mic Stereo" setting, but it only offers one preamp model for both mics and effects, which is a good sound, but I have always used differant pres and effects with each mic for a fatter more interesting image. That would be a nice feature. Oh well, maybe something will turn up.

Thanks
