Hi,

With a PODxt, if I disable hardware monitoring so that I can hear Riffworks effects, I hear a mix of the signal as modified by Riffworks plus the "normal" PODxt signal. Is there are way to only hear the Riffworks part?

I think(!) you can change that by opening the POD XT control panel and change the routing. I to have some doubts what exactly these choices will actually do... so if anyone else would explain it a bit clearer - please!
A piano has about 7.500 moving parts - that's why I play the guitar...

if you have your playback going through the computer (like a 1/4" plug > 1/8" into the back of the soundcard) you need to go into your windows volume control and mute the "line in" or what ever you happen to have the pod plugged into
