I just got v2 installed. I run and activate the program. I press play and hear nothing. If I turn my PodXTL on, then I have sound. I was under the impression that with the standard version I no longer need to be connected my PodXTL in order to use RW.

When the Pod is off and I open teh ASIO Setup, I have nothing to choose from. And when I click Open ASIO Control Panel it does nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

Probably not doing anything wrong, but you likely need an ASIO driver for your soundcard. If it doesn't come with one, you might try ASIO4ALLv2 (http://www.asio4all.com/). That's what I use to route sound to my internal PC soundcard.

FWIW I think there's a couple other drivers like this, in case this doesn't work someone else might be able to chime in on what some of the others are.

Yes. If you don't have a suitable 100% ASIO compatible soundcard ASIO4ALL shoud do the trick.
