To get it to work you have to copy and paste the server addresss (ex. test.ninjam.com:2049) from the "Jam Farm" page on the website.
(
http://www.ninjam.com/jamfarm/index.php ) Or you can download the latest version of Reaper and it has built in native support for NinJam.
Here is a link the a thread on their forum explaining the setup.
http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=12578Dont get me wrong...it's no RiffLink but it is still fun. I like the "live" feel of it even if it is an illusion like Bill explained. (pretty smart for an old fart!!!..mwhauaaha)
I would love to see the Junkies take over one of their servers one night. They seem to have a group of guys that have been playing together for a couple of years. I know we can give them a run for their money. I have read that Slash and other rock gods have been known to show up there on the private servers. That would be wild to jam with a true rock god, other than our own Rick Andrews of course.
Have fun and rock on!
