Ok, this is a pretty looong clip, but rewarding ...

Norwegian Black Metal is what all other black metall is compared to.

This is a interview with a norweigian black metal guy called "Gaah" and I haven't laughed this much for a long time. The clip is in two parts: in the first part three intervieweing guys in urban outfits are tricked by Gaah to take a small "walk" which turn out to be like climbing mount everest in converse sneakers. The guys complain, whine, freeze their asses of while Gaah climbs on like Robocop, hillarious. Second part is the actual interview which is gold worth watching: Gaah gets the question, "How does it feel to be superior" and Gaah answers with 2:39 minutes of total silence and oozing hate in his eyes. Actually, at first I thought youtube had hanged but no, he does move his nostrils occationally. If anyone gave me that bleep I would punch him out

Jouni... I don't know how to put this... are you aware that us people from the not-so-far-up-northern countries occasionally say to each other: "Man, those Scandinavians - sometimes you just don't know if they inhabit the same planet like us"? What with half a year of darkness, the massive alcohol intake, the endless silent woods, the flogging with birch twigs, the lakes and the coldness?

Now this video - Norwegian Black Metal, this guy Gaahl, these hapless youngsters in the snow -, I mean it looks like the Blair Witch Project on downers! Yes, it is entertaining in a deranged way, but... is this really what you laugh your asses off about up there by the Polar Circle??
