Heck I'll add in. I'll even add some youtube links so you can hear a piece of what I like about each. There may be better musicians out there, but I think these guys would rock!

Tough, but fun exercise! Lots of interesting supergroups listed! Mine? I'll call it "Fondue" for the melting pot it is:

LEAD: Geoff Tate (Queensryche)
BACKING: Rob Halford, Bruce Dickinson, Joe Lynn Turner, Graham Bonnet
GUITAR1: Steve Morse (SMB, Dixie Dregs, Deep Purple, Kansas)
GUITAR2: Mike Keneally (Zappa, Vai, DETHLOK, etc. Kind of cheating, as he's amazing on keys too)
KEYS1: Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater & more)
KEYS2: Tony MacAlpine (Vai, Cab, etc. More cheating as he could be that 3rd guitar a la .38 Special, only tons heavier)
BASS: Michael Manring
DRUMS: Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater & many, many more)
PERCUSSION / KIT2: Terry Bozzio (Vai, Missing Persons, Sheehan, & so on)
"Before I studied the art, a punch to me was just like a punch, a kick just like a kick. After I learned the art, a punch was no longer a punch, a kick no longer a kick. Now that I've understood the art, a punch is just like a punch, a kick just like a kick." Bruce Lee
