As a Taylor owner, that absolutely broke my heart. I guarantee you'll never catch pooter flying United!

I think united is in the process of trying to save face at the moment... I think he posted it on monday... since then it's been on CNN and the Canadian stations. I'm a little antsy as I'm about to make my way back to the Bahamas with my new axe (epi 335 studio) in the cargo hold. I'm going Air Canada though and they've been good to my stuff in the past. Knock on (unblemished) wood!

Can't you put it in a softcase and demand it as a carry on? Sorry I think I've heard of people doing this.

As a business traveler, when the song mentions Chicago O'hare, I am not f'ing surprised. That airport and the way they handle luggage absolutely sucks for all airlines! If I can avoid connecting through there I do. I had an American Airlines employee tell me once it was a privilege to be able to fly and my ticket was $600. Geez how do you break a guitar like that in a hard shell case Damn what were they doing?
