mickeymix, yahsteck1, and wedgebill are jamming at the Sonoma Wire Works office right now. It's been a real pleasure getting to know these guys in person! I'll post some more pics in a bit!

I'm kicking myself for not taking a couple days off and joining you 3! A very big thank you to Dug for coming down and jamming with us, AND bringing the Patron! Best bottle of Tequila to ever grace my cantina! Thanks Dug, you made the day!

Ask Doug if would have ever imagined something like this?

Okay bluesydude! This morning we had breakfast with the junkies at Doug's place and they were telling him how much they loved RiffWorks and how much it meant to them. Doug didn't say too much but I think the huge smile on his face spoke for him :)

Go Mickey! Go Mickey! I'm not sure there is any way for Doug to really know how much this software means to us. No way to say thank you enough! Thanks for sharing the pics and tell the Junkies Extraordinaire hello for me.

Congratulations on your engagement Daniel, it's one of the few acceptable excuses for not coming down! I wish you a long and happy marriage! Are you trying on wedding suits today? Are you due in court? Have another job interview? Whats with the tie? You could ruin California's image of being "Cali casual"! Be careful you're not mistaken for a Lawyer....

And me! That's all folks!

Its awfully generous of you taking in the homeless. These must be exceptionally desperate lads starving from a long day of busking on the street corners.... they're even advertising they're junkies! The one on the right looks especially strung out. He must be having withdrawal symptoms.

O look, there's a spot with a fresh can of coke for me!
(just a fun poke guys, please accept my apologies for the comments - I truly think highly of each of ya...)

Very bold of you guys just to go jammin.. I'm more self conscious n picky about tones and what I play sometimes. its the control freak in me.

Oh and congrats Daniel! You do kinda have that clean cut "I'm going to double for Tom Cruise in 'The Firm' look about you...well - at least its almost a compliment if you like Stephen King. It is a dashing office look tho. Myself, I'd choke on a tie.

what an awesome office job though, recording studio and guitars on the wall, amps to choose from.. I stand in front of a machine all day.

We had a very long conversation / unforgettable discussion on this subject. Junkie Magic is all around us when we get together. It is hard to explain but it is like we have all known each other forever but just haven't seen each other in a while. Just like visiting family. These people are brothers and sisters to me and I am truly greatful. I can't wait for the next West Coast Junkie Jam.........what's that you say? ....more please?

Rumor has it a new tour date has been added to the Junkies schedules due to popular demand...by some Junkies of course.

Ladies and Gents.....West Coast Junkie Jam (San Diego) Part II is scheduled to happen Saturday afternnon September 26th @ Casa De Throbby if the 3 Travelling Junkies can see to make it back down the coast on time sober / drunk enough to play. (so many bars on the way....) and a Pau Hana show friday night too? (you know you should all have flown on out....we will hoist some beers for you!!) www.myspace.com/pauhana

Now I just have to call Robby and make sure it's all cool... Knowing Robby like I do....it's all cool....

I hearby decree.... ThrobbyRobby is the Pope of RiffWorld. A true saint and gentleman. You will not meet a more genuinely nice person than he. Thanks Rob. (even if we cant jam saturday....mwhauauaua)

LONG LIVE THE RIFFLINK JUNKIES!!
