How many backups do you have for your apps, drums, song files, etc. ... on your own drives?
Your files should exist in three places.
3-2-1 Backup Strategy:
3. Have at least 3 copies of your files (including your original install on your computer/external drive).
2. Back up on 2 separate media (e.g. SSD+SSD, SSD+Memory Stick).
1. Keep 1 backup drive in a different location from the others ... just in case.
Sweetwater has a File Management for Music Production Guide. Their section on the 3-2-1 Backup Rule is helpful.
DC4 users are encouraged to back up your DC4 installer file, the files in the DC4 Default File Locations List in the FAQ, your DC4 Content Library, and any completed songs you'd like to keep. Render files are usually important to back up if you'd like to keep your sessions in tact after a re-install. That FAQ also explains how to move your DrumCore 4 library to an external drive if you would like to free up space on your computer.
RiffWorks users should back up your RiffWorks installer, your Documents/Sonoma Wire Works folder (contains your RiffWorks .rws files, effects presets, etc.) and any mixed songs you'd like to keep. Also back up your InstantDrummer and Registration Folders:
Mac: Hard Drive/Users/Shared/Sonoma Wire Works/
Windows 7/8 Location: C:/Program Data/Sonoma Wire Works/
FourTrack, StudioTrack and GuitarTone users should back up your iOS device apps and song files. We recommend backing up to your computer as your 2nd copy, then back up to another drive as your 3rd copy. You could use the cloud as the 3rd copy if you'd like, but we definitely recommend at least one computer backup for your iOS device.

Choose Bonus Drums (GrooveSets or Kits) by this List of Drummers:
• First check that all of your DC4 content has downloaded by clicking "Download all owned content" in DrumCore 4.3.4 SETTINGS. Wait until all owned content has downloaded before previewing new content. This will help you choose bonus content that you do not already own, and it will keep you from downloading too many files at once (previewing also downloads files).• Previews of all GrooveSets are available in DC4 Lite ($49), DC4 Prime ($249) and DC4 Ultra ($639).
• To see the list of each drummer's GrooveSets and Drum Kits: Open the DC4 plug-in, click the BROWSER tab at the bottom of the plug-in, toggle the "Show Owned" button to preview drums you do not own, then click "More..."
After buying items from the DC4 plug-in store, email support with a list of drums you would like by any of the drummers listed above. Specify GrooveSet or Drum Kit. You don't need to add bonus drums to your cart. Support will give you the drums to download within DC4 and email you when they are ready for download.
If you have trouble checking out of the DC4 store, we can provide an easy alternative way to pay.
